What Happens When You Call
We ask a few questions first: where the problem shows up, how old the roof is and what it is covered with. Concrete tile, clay tile, asphalt shingle and torch-down or modified bitumen flat roofs each fail in different ways, so knowing the material tells us what to check. Then we pick a day for the free inspection. Service is available in English and Spanish.
Our owner brings 40 years of roofing experience to the visit, and we hold the CertainTeed ShingleMaster credential. Once we come down off the roof, we put our findings on paper: each repair and each material is priced as its own item, backed by photos of the underlayment, flashing and decking we looked at. When the damage is part of an insurance claim, we work with that claim directly and share our photos for it. If you would rather spread out payments, Service Finance Company offers financing, subject to credit approval.
